Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Szymonadamus crypto mining platform, hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”. The Platform is operated by Szymonadamus (“Administrator”). By accessing or using the Platform, the user (“User”) accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Platform provides information, tools, and services related to crypto mining, mining infrastructure, and related solutions. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of applicable Polish law shall apply.

Definitions

Platform – the online service available under the Szymonadamus name and domain, together with all its subpages, tools, and functionalities. User – a natural person or legal entity using the Platform. Mining Services – services related to crypto mining, infrastructure planning, hosting support, and other mining-related solutions made available via the Platform. Account – an individual User account that allows access to selected Platform features and services. Agreement – a contract for the provision of services concluded between the User and the Administrator at the moment the User accepts these Terms and uses the Platform. Service – any paid or free functionality, consultation, or mining-related solution made available to the User through the Platform.

User Registration and Account

To use certain functionalities of the Platform, the User may be required to create an Account. During registration, the User must provide current and accurate information. The User is responsible for keeping login data confidential and for any activity carried out via their Account. The Administrator may suspend or block an Account if there is a suspicion of misuse, breach of these Terms, or security risk. The User is obliged to promptly notify the Administrator of any unauthorised use of their Account or security incident related to access credentials.

Account Use and Security

Full use of the Platform’s advanced features requires an active Account. Registration is voluntary, and basic browsing functions may be available without an Account. The User must not share their login credentials with third parties or allow others to use their Account. The Administrator reserves the right to verify the data provided by the User in order to ensure security and compliance. Any unauthorised access, including account sharing, may result in temporary suspension or permanent blocking of the Account.

Mining Services and Content

The Platform may offer both free and paid mining-related services, including but not limited to consulting, infrastructure planning, access to dashboards, monitoring tools, and educational materials on crypto mining. Details of each Service, including scope and technical requirements, are described on the Platform. The Administrator reserves the right to update, expand, or modify Services in order to improve their quality, adapt to market conditions, or comply with legal requirements. Information, charts, estimates, and any content related to mining rewards or profitability are illustrative only and do not constitute investment advice or guaranteed results.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for paid Services are processed through the payment methods made available on the Platform. Prices and billing models (for example, one-time fees, subscriptions, or hosting-related charges) are presented in the Service description and may include applicable taxes. The User is obliged to ensure that payment information is correct and that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the User may withdraw from a Service contract within the period provided by applicable law, provided that the Service has not been fully delivered or irreversibly activated. In justified cases, the Administrator may grant partial refunds proportional to the unused part of the Service. Refunds are processed within a reasonable period after receipt of a correctly submitted request and assessment of eligibility.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All materials, including texts, graphics, diagrams, dashboards, design layouts, and other content available on the Platform, are protected by copyright and related intellectual property rights. The User acquires only a limited, non-exclusive licence to use such materials for personal or internal business purposes related to crypto mining. It is forbidden to copy, modify, distribute, resell, or publicly share Platform content without prior written consent from the Administrator. Any materials provided by the User (for example infrastructure data, images, or documentation) must not infringe the rights of third parties. The User retains copyright in content they create but grants the Administrator a limited licence to use such content for the purpose of providing the Services.

Liability

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that information and Services provided on the Platform are reliable and up to date. However, crypto mining involves technical risks, energy costs, and market volatility, and therefore the Administrator cannot guarantee specific profit levels, uptime, or mining outcomes. The User uses the Platform and any mining-related recommendations at their own risk and is responsible for complying with local law, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements. The Administrator is not liable for technical problems on the User’s side, including hardware failures, connectivity issues, or local power interruptions. Temporary interruptions in the operation of the Platform may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Administrator’s control.

Prohibited Activities

It is strictly prohibited, in particular: Using the Platform in a way that disrupts its functioning or endangers its security Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform’s systems, accounts, or infrastructure Using the Platform for activities that violate applicable law, including financial crime or money laundering Sharing unlawful, offensive, or infringing content through the Platform Using the Platform for commercial purposes without the Administrator’s consent where such consent is required Conducting activities that compete directly with the Platform by copying or scraping its structure and content Violating intellectual property rights of the Administrator or third parties Publishing unsolicited advertising or promotional content without prior approval.

Termination and Account Blocking

The Administrator has the right to immediately terminate the Agreement and block or delete the User’s Account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the case of Account blocking due to a violation of the Terms, the User is not entitled to a refund for unused portions of paid Services, unless mandatory regulations require otherwise. The User may request deletion of their Account at any time by sending a request to: konto@szymoninfo.pl. Deleting the Account results in the loss of access to all Services and data stored within the Account, except where retention is required by law or justified by legitimate interests of the Administrator (for example, for the purpose of resolving disputes or meeting legal obligations).

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended from time to time. Users will be informed of material changes by publication of a new version of the Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Administrator, unless mandatory provisions of law state otherwise. The Terms and Conditions come into force on the date of their publication on the Platform. In the event of discrepancies between language versions of these Terms, the Polish version shall prevail, unless local law requires otherwise.
